Referral to reliable mortgage advisors: We help point you toward reliable banks or advisors, but we do not provide financing services ourselves.

Negotiation and completion: We negotiate on your behalf, make sure the agreements are clear, and guide you through the notary process.
Fee: no result, no fee
Our fee is based on the result of the negotiation:
10.6% of the amount we negotiate off the asking price for you
