What we do for you
Personal advice: We actively think along with you and provide expert advice on properties you are interested in.
Negotiation and guidance: Once you have found a property you would like to purchase, we join you for a second viewing and guide you through the further purchase process.
Advice on technical inspections and valuation: We advise you on engaging an independent building inspector and a certified appraiser. The costs for these services are for your own account.
Referral to reliable mortgage advisors: We help guide you by suggesting reputable banks or advisors, but we do not provide financing services ourselves.
Always accessible: Do you have questions during the process? We are available and provide personal, prompt assistance.
Please note: Our buyer’s agent services apply only to existing properties. We do not offer this service for new construction projects.
How does it work?
You attend the first viewing yourself: As a buyer, you independently view the property or properties you find interesting.
Found a property you want to buy? Contact us. We will then step in to provide professional guidance.
Second viewing together: We attend the second viewing with you and focus on important aspects you should be aware of as a buyer.
Negotiation and completion: We negotiate on your behalf, ensure clear agreements are made, and guide you through the process up to and including coordination with the notary.
Tarief no cure, no pay
Our fee is based on the result of the negotiation:
10.6% of the amount negotiated off the asking price

Any costs for a structural inspection and/or property appraisal are at your own expense.
