Once we have found a tenant who signs a 12-month rental agreement, we charge the landlord one month’s rent, plus 6% OB (sales tax) on this amount.If the tenant leaves within six months through no fault of the landlord (for example due to death or unemployment), we will find a new tenant free of charge*.
*= A claim under this guarantee can be made if the tenant has paid rent for five months or less and vacates the property without the consent of you as the landlord.
