Rental brokerage fees
When we find a tenant who signs a 12-month contract, we charge you as the landlord one month's rent plus 6% OB on that amount. If the tenant leaves within 6 months through no fault of your own, for example due to death or unemployment, we will find a new tenant for you free of charge*.
*= This can be claimed if the tenant has paid for 5 months or less and leaves the property without your approval as landlord. This applies only to contracts with a minimum term of 12 months. The guarantee cannot be claimed if the tenant leaves due to negligence or because you, as the landlord, are in default.
