Each of the 7 buildings at The View has a penthouse of 400 to 500 m² on the top floor. Buildings 1, 5 and 7 have 400 m² penthouses, while the penthouses in buildings 2, 3, 4 and 6 have 500 m² penthouses. The standard layout for the 400 m² penthouses is a 3-bedroom layout, although early buyers may choose a different floor plan to add an extra bedroom if desired. Construction of the marina began in August 2023, and the first phase of construction is now nearing completion, with the breakwater almost finished and the marina entrance now at the intended width of 20 meters (65’) and depth of 4.5 meters (14’). The contract for the dredging works in the lagoon was recently awarded. The work is expected to start in the third quarter of 2024. An order for the rotating bridge and for the marina pier elements will be placed soon. As part of the dredging works, decades of contamination with mineral oil and heavy metals will be dredged and carefully removed from the bottom of the lagoon. Circulation pipes will be installed to improve the water quality in the lagoon and restore life to what is currently an unhealthy, stagnant, lifeless body of water.
