These apartments offer a total living area of 180 m², including a 30 m² balcony with panoramic views over the marina and the Caribbean Sea. These apartments are spacious at 242 m², including a 40 m² balcony with panoramic ocean views.
They feature spacious open kitchens and living rooms full of natural light and breathtaking views. The primary bedroom has a beautiful ocean view, as well as a large walk-in closet and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a 15 m² balcony and private bathroom, and the third bedroom, which also has a private bathroom, has a French balcony with ocean views. Each apartment features beautiful design elements, including high-quality European-style kitchens and bathrooms. Penthouses

Each of the 7 buildings at The View has a penthouse of 400 to 500 m² on the top floor. Buildings 1, 5 and 7 have 400 m² penthouses, while the penthouses in buildings 2, 3, 4 and 6 have 500 m² penthouses. The standard layout for the 400 m² penthouses is a 3-bedroom layout, although early buyers may choose a different floor plan to add an extra bedroom if desired. The 500 m² penthouses have 5 bedrooms, including a very large primary bedroom, which early buyers can choose to place on the east or west side of the penthouse.

Both types of penthouses feature:

- 2 large balconies with ocean views
- 2 private balconies accessible from the secondary bedrooms with island views
- Large open kitchen and living spaces, all with ocean views throughout the room
- Fully equipped kitchens with European appliances

We currently have a 500 m² penthouse available in Building 2.

The estimated monthly HOA contribution will be between USD 300 and 400 per apartment, depending on the exact amenities included in the HOA services.
These contributions cover at least the costs of a professional HOA manager, 24/7 resort security, a high-speed internet connection for each apartment, fire and natural-disaster insurance, elevator and pool maintenance, minor general maintenance, cleaning of common areas, gardening, water, and electricity for common areas and facilities. Construction of the marina began in August 2023, and the first phase of construction is now nearing completion, with the breakwater almost finished and the marina entrance now at the intended width of 20 meters (65’) and depth of 4.5 meters (14’). The contract for the dredging works in the lagoon was recently awarded. The work is expected to start in the third quarter of 2024. An order for the rotating bridge and for the marina pier elements will be placed soon. As part of the dredging works, decades of contamination with mineral oil and heavy metals will be dredged and carefully removed from the bottom of the lagoon. Circulation pipes will be installed to improve the water quality in the lagoon and restore life to what is currently an unhealthy, stagnant, lifeless body of water.
